Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions related to high temperature and high pressure. 2. Assist in optimizing technical parameter designs. 3. Prepare technical documentation and work instructions. 4. Collaborate with the team to carry out project R&D, project initiation, and other related tasks. 5. Conduct analysis and evaluation of raw and auxiliary materials. 6. Design new formulations and establish technical standards. 7. Handle intellectual property matters, including filing, submitting, and organizing patent applications for new technologies. 8. Evaluate new product development and conduct market research on existing products. 9. Analyze technical issues and anomalies that arise during production. 10. Perform other routine tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements/Skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM field such as materials science, mechanical engineering, chemistry, powder metallurgy, or related disciplines. 2. Candidates with experience in high-temperature and high-pressure applications are preferred. 3. Candidates holding an intermediate-level or higher professional title are preferred. 4. Proficiency in operating analytical instruments such as XRD, metallographic microscopes, and laser particle size analyzers is required. 5. Preference will be given to candidates skilled in using CAD and SolidWorks software.
