This product series comprises high‑quality PCBN polycrystalline cubic boron nitride round inserts, manufactured using an advanced ultra‑high‑pressure, high‑temperature sintering process that tightly bonds micron‑sized CBN grains to a binder, which is then consolidated onto a cemented carbide substrate. (As shown in the figure, the black layer represents the CBN layer, while the silvery‑white layer corresponds to the carbide substrate.)
